FAQ:

1. How do you pack your bottles?

We use a REUSED box, crushed paper and bubble wrap. This is our norm.

2. What is my bottle bottom is not perfectly moulded or have minute spots?

A small number of bottles do not have a perfectly molded bottom, they are NOT cracks, and they have passed QC as they are fully functional. It may be some smudging, lines, etc. If you cannot accept this FACT and the FACT that some pieces may contain small (5 cent size or smaller) superficial discolouration, buy from a competitor. We do not accept return and refund for such reasons. Again buy elsewhere if you need "perfect" bottle. The sustain series has more of these unperfections, we think its a fair trade for sustainability.

3. My bottle has lines going up and down, what are they?

Nalgene Bottles are made from moulds, so where the moulds meet there are lines. All Nalgene Bottles have these, some more obvious than others, bigger bottles tend to be more obvious. If you can't accept these lines, go for another brand. Do note these lines even more visible at the bottom of the bottle. Note these lines are neither straight not symmetrical.

4. What is Sustain?

Nalgene since Q2 2022 only manufacture Sustain bottles made from Tritan Renew (same quality as original, but with 50% of it is derived from recycled plastics). Sustain models feature the Sustain Logo somewhere on the bottle.

5. Why is my logo different from stock picture?

Nalgene frequently changes their logo design, colour, positioning, etc. We cannot keep changing our stock picture, so if your requirements are specific, do buy retail, thank you.

6. What does No Markings (N M) mean?

For colour Denim, may not have markings.

7. Why is your price the cheapest in Singapore?
