Nalno is an online business and does not have a physical retail location at this point in time. As such we do deliveries all over Singapore. If you require, you could arrange for a direct sales visit, where we will bring our products to you! We will contact you about delivery timing upon receiving your order.

Follow these steps to order:

Step 1
Browse the Nalno Shop section of the website and add items to your cart as you wish. The menu is located on the left, below the information. There is a video at the bottom of this page that demonstrates how to order online.

Step 2
Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, you may proceed to checkout the items.
Alternatively you can email your order to admin@nalno.com (List items, quantity, contact person, a contact number, delivery address and preferred delivery timing).
Alternatively you can directly contact (SMS or call) Varun @ 91292725.

Step 3
When you order online, you will be asked to login or create a new account if you do not have one. You do not need to register if you do not want to either, simply key in your address and contact number. Do either and check you address to ensure that it is correctly entered.

Step 4
Proceed to double check your address is correct. If you wish for the items to be delivered to another address, please add it in this section. You should also double check the items in your cart.

Step 5
The next step is for you to choose how you want the items to be delivered. We will call OR email you to confirm the meeting venue and time. Deliveries are free! We have no minimum order either. Delivery timing could be anywhere between 2 hours to 3 weeks. Factors that affect this would include stock availability, number of other orders, order size and delivery routes. You may request for a quick delivery if required.

Step 6
You will next choose the payment type. We prefer Cash on Delivery (COD) or cheques (addressed to 'Nalno.com Outdoor and Camping Equipment'), however, we also accept credit card payments via PayPal (Please note there is an additional $3.50 charge to pay through PayPal). You may also through bank transfer (POSB/DBS) accounts (the back account number to deposit into is given in the payment page). As COD, cheque and bank transfer payment are most convenient, there is no additional charges for paying that way. For government based organisations, please choose Others.

Step 7
Check the details of your order, make sure its all correct and confirm the order. Do leave us the Date and Timing you wish to receive the order.
